We accept a variety of insurance plans that includes Medicaid, CareSource, Molina, Aetna, Anthem, Medical Mutual, Doral Dental and Aultra Dental. For our uninsured patients, we offer a sliding fee scale, where fees are assessed based on family size and monthly household income.
Emergency Dental Health Services & Requirements
At each location, the clinic will see dental emergencies at 7:45 a.m. daily on a first come, first serve walk-in basis. You will need to have the following with you: Photo ID, either proof of income or a dental insurance card and, for those without insurance a $40 minimum payment.
