PrimaryOne Health’s Language Interpreting Services

Non-English speakers are a growing demographic in the city of Columbus. According to the 2000 U.S. Census, approximately 650,000 people in Ohio speak a language other than English. To help ensure patients understand their medical care options, coverage and circumstances, we offer the following services:

  • In-person interpretation services
  • Video conferencing
  • Telephone conferencing to patients who do not speak English or who are deaf or hard of hearing
