PrimaryOne Health’s COVID-19 sites are accessible to anyone who is experiencing coronavirus-like symptoms. You do not need to be a PrimaryOne Health patient to be tested.

When you arrive to your appointment, please have your ID ready for verification and check in.

Patients who test positive for COVID-19 will receive a phone call and be provided guidelines for self-quarantine.
