2) What if I forget my password?
Go to http://cnhcdental.mysecurechart.com, click on the “Forgot Password” link, and follow the directions to reset your password.
3) Do I need an email address to access my portal account?
Yes. Please request a patient portal account from one of our dental offices and provide your email address so we can send you the link to sign in to your dental patient portal account.
4) How do I access my account from my mobile device?
You can access your dental patient portal account on your mobile device by going to http://cnhcdental.mysecurechart.com.
