#GivingTuesday

Tis the Season of Giving

Health care is a year-round need. During this time of year, too often we find our neighbors making difficult decisions between paying a utility bill and medical care. Your support helps to make this decision a lot easier by providing our patients struggling to make ends meet, with accessible quality health care options.

 Meet Patricia.

Patricia was living in a hotel after losing her apartment. When the family was no longer able to help with the cost of the hotel, Patricia found herself in the Van Buren Shelter. There she found the PrimaryOne Health, Healthcare for the Homeless Program. In working to connect her to resources, Patricia was able to find gainful employment and placed in a stable home within three (3) months.

Meet Jason.

Jason came to PrimaryOne Health from St. Ann’s Hospital after having a series of skin graphs. PrimaryOne Health was able to connect him to community resources to get him back on his feet from the shelter system.

In less than 45 days, Jason was able to gain employment as well as housing for his family through the help of outreach workers. Jason is so grateful for the help he received through the Healthcare for the Homeless Program.

Your generous donations help to provide these much-needed services so that we are able to provide “Quality Healthcare for All.”
