COVID-19 Vaccine Scheduling

Getting a COVID-19 vaccine is one step you can take to keep you and your family safe. There are now booster recommendations for all three available COVID-19 vaccines. Eligible individuals may choose which vaccine they receive as a booster dose.

Children ages 5 to 15 years old will require a new patient appointment if the child is not current patient of PrimaryOne Health.
