PrimaryOne Health to Open New Clinic to serve Northwest Residents 

Columbus, Ohio – PrimaryOne Health announces the opening of a new health clinic located at 4661 Sawmill Road, suite 100.

The new clinic will provide primary care services to residents on the Northwest side of Columbus.

In operation since 1997, PrimaryOne Health provides medical services to general insurance and Medicaid patients throughout Columbus.

“This is an opportunity to provide much needed primary care health services to an area of Columbus that is underserved,” said PrimaryOne Health Chief Executive Officer, Charleta B. Tavares.

This is the twelfth PrimaryOne Health facility in Columbus and furthers our mission to meet the medical care and mental health needs of Columbus residents.

Join us for an open house celebration on Monday, April 6 from 4:30 – 6:30 at 4661 Sawmill Road where you can meet the staff, tour the facility and learn about our services.
