New Health Center: PrimaryOne Health expands access to Northwest Residents

Columbus, Ohio – PrimaryOne Health® today announced the opening of a new health center site located at 4661 Sawmill Road, Suite 101. The new health center will provide primary care services to residents in the Northwest area of Franklin County serving Columbus, Dublin and Upper Arlington residents. Patients can schedule an in-person visit by calling 614-645-5500 or 614-859-1851 for the Telehealth program.

PrimaryOne Health previously operated a health center site at 299 Cramer Creek Drive, Dublin in partnership with Syntero, a behavioral health practitioner. However, the two organizations grew to such an extent that more space was needed for both. “We are coming back to this area of the county with a large underserved community at a new larger location to meet the needs and expand the services offered including primary care, pediatrics, mental health and addiction services,” said PrimaryOne Health Chief Executive Officer, Charleta B. Tavares.

In operation since 1997, PrimaryOne Health provides comprehensive physical, mental health and substance use disorder services to insured, UN/underinsured residents throughout Franklin and Pickaway Counties. The organization operates twelve (12) health center locations and is the oldest and largest Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Central Ohio.

Working to provide access to services to improve the health status of families, PrimaryOne Health offers comprehensive primary care, OB-GYN, pediatric, vision, dental, behavioral health, nutrition, pharmacy, physical therapy and specialty care services to over 48,000 patients.  PrimaryOne Health is a proud member of the Ohio Association of Community Health Centers (OACHC) and the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC).
