Governor Mike DeWine attends PrimaryOne Health Vaccine Event
Columbus, Ohio – Ohio Governor Mike DeWine visited PrimaryOne Health during the COVID-19 vaccine event held at 1500 E. 17th Avenue. Governor DeWine has been touring the state of Ohio visiting vaccine clinics, sharing his gratitude to healthcare workers and community members for receiving the vaccine.
Since January 2021, PrimaryOne Health has administered more than 8,000 COVID-19 vaccines to individuals in central Ohio and tested more than 32,000 patients and residents since June 2020.
“We are thankful for PrimaryOne Health’s clinic focused on vaccinating minority community members in central Ohio,” said Governor Mike DeWine. “Everyone that we spoke with today was eager to be vaccinated and hopeful for the coming months.”
In operation since 1997, PrimaryOne Health provides comprehensive physical, mental health and substance use disorder services to insured, and underinsured residents throughout Franklin and Pickaway Counties. The organization operates twelve (12) health center locations and is the oldest and largest Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Central Ohio.
